Spaulding Law was built for clients who want big-firm capability without big-firm distance. After a decade practicing in Big Law, founder Christian Spaulding launched Spaulding Law to deliver sophisticated legal strategy through the kind of personal attention and relationships that businesses value most—direct access, clear communication, and solutions tailored to real-world goals.

Christian brings a breadth of experience that spans sports and entertainment law, complex business transactions, complex litigation, real estate, intellectual property, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.  He has advised global sports organizations, award-winning entertainers, and corporate clients on matters ranging from brand protection and contract enforcement to operational and compliance risk.  Christian has also represented court-appointed federal equity receivers in securities enforcement matters involving the recovery of hundreds of millions of dollars in assets and real estate.

At Spaulding Law, that experience translates into effective advocacy—whether negotiating and enforcing sponsorship, licensing, and commercial agreements, protecting trademark/copyright/patent rights, or litigating high-stakes disputes from pre-litigation through trial.

Today, Christian also serves as outside counsel to international businesses, providing day-to-day and strategic guidance across the full range of legal needs—including supply and commercial agreements, licensing, tax and other duties, and employment matters, among others. The approach at Spaulding Law is simple:  Deliver exceptional work through practical, business-minded counsel that is aligned with how organizations actually operate and make decisions.
