Christian Spaulding founded Spaulding Law in 2025 after a decade practicing in Big Law.  Today, Christian focuses his practice on sports and entertainment law and outside general counsel and business matters.  He also represents clients in business and commercial litigation, real estate, intellectual property, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. 

His experience includes negotiating and enforcing sponsorship, licensing, and commercial agreements, protecting trademark, copyright, and patent rights, and handling high-stakes disputes from pre-litigation through trial.

Christian also serves as outside counsel to international businesses, providing day-to-day and strategic guidance across a broad range of legal needs, including supply and commercial agreements, licensing, tax-related and other duties, and employment matters, among others.
